Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact our customer support team at carecandywala@gmail.com with your order details as soon as possible. We will gladly cancel the order and process a Full refund for the cancelled items. Orders will not be refunded or cancelled once dispatched from our warehouse.

As we deal in consumable products, returns due to personal preference cannot be accepted.
Refund Policy
We take utmost care to ensure that your candies reach you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team at carecandywala@gmail.com after receiving the order. To process a refund or replacement, kindly provide us with clear photographic evidence of the damaged items. We will promptly initiate a refund for the affected products or arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
In case there are any items pending in your order that cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the amount for the unshipped products. Our customer support team will inform you of any such situation and initiate a prompt refund for the pending items.
Once your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
We don’t sell on mrp. Margin is very low in these products and these products are very difficult to find in one city. We get many of the products from different cities like Chatmola, Banarsi Aam Papad etc. So we have to bear many transport charges because of which it is costly. There are alot of different costs rather than this such as packing cost, payment gateway cost, website maintenance cost, Shipping cost etc.
These are food products so we need to pack them properly before shipping we ship our products in the box. We need to buy boxes according to size and quality box starting from 10 Rs and it’s going to 60 Rs and tape it properly before shipping the order.
We charge Rs 60 Shipping charges from customer but we need to pay the company according to the weight of that package. As amazon shipping charges Rs 66 for 500 gm and some orders go upto 4 kg so we don’t charge any extra Shipping cost from customer.
There are other costs as well such as Website Maintenance cost and Payment gateway cost. We pay website maintenance cost so that our website runs smoothly. As there is payment gateway cost as they cut two percentage on every order.
We don’t charges very high there are only 20 to 30 rs difference. On our website, we mentioned every think in the product description so users can easily think find out.
On our website, all our products are very affordable so any one can purchase easily and our range starts from Rs 15 and goes up to Rs 100. If you still think we are very high so u can visit our store as we are selling all the products on MRP. Only Because of these costs we are charging more than MRP. It’s very difficult to charge separately for Packing costs and all other costs. So we add it products cost for easily understand customer.
